We Pray

Then we get in the way.We do not allow his leading.
We take the reigns and grab and snatch
And now God is the one waiting.
For us to get up out of the way,
And truly come to him seeking.
His ways are not for us to judge
His word brings life and healing.
In times of loneliness and disgust I must continue waiting.
The prison walls are built by man.
The ones who live on FEELING.
The truth they do not know for sure,
The doubting so frustrating.
We can be sure God has a plan,
For good a Hope and a future.
Our God gave his son for you and me
His Grace and Love given freely.

One right after the other

The Prayer requests were adding up.I felt though I was begging.
Then the preacher filled me up.
With the word about the waiting.
Today good news from two ICU.
Yet many are still pleading.
For the word of God to come to life.
To take away the hurting.
The healing touch of God at hand.
The Kitty no longer missing.
The Dr. says the babys good.
Grandma and Grandpa are waiting..
We thank you God for all your plans
we thank you for giving us patience.
We thank you God for all you are.
Your Love seems understated..

Waiting on God from Charles Stanley

Psalm 37:1-9
Waiting on God is an important spiritual discipline in our walk of faith. King David’s life teaches us about the value of following the Lord’s plan and the danger in moving ahead of Him.
When David was a young shepherd boy, the prophet Samuel anointed him as Israel’s next king. Yet he did not become the ruler for many years. Waiting for the Lord to place him on the throne was made more difficult because the current king, Saul, turned against David and repeatedly tried to take his life. Despite the opportunity to take matters into his own hands and kill his enemy, David held back. He wouldn’t allow anyone else to attack Saul either (1 Sam. 24:1-7). He waited on God and was greatly blessed for his obedience.
King David also knew what it was like to move ahead without the Lord. One year he chose not to join his troops in battle, even though that was one of his duties (2 Sam. 11:1). During the time he stayed home, he noticed Bathsheba, the wife of Uriah, and he coveted her. Acting upon his desires, he conceived a child with her and then tried to cover up his sin. What a mess he made of his life. Instead of following the Lord’s plan and being blessed, he experienced divine chastisement and much heartache.
As believers, we want to obey the Lord, but there may be situations when intense desire propels us forward without waiting for His direction. Like David, we will experience the blessing of obedience or the heartache of disobedience.

Eucharisteo

A book, A gift from a friend. Not an easy read.
A book you have to read one small piece at a time.
It is God breathed.
A life set to paper.
Honesty in the midst of everyday life.

The Whisper:   Worthy is the Lamb.
A message found in one thousand Gifts by Ann voskamp
All God makes is good. That which seems to oppose the will of God actually is used of him to accomplish the will of God ? That which seems evil only seems so because of perspective.
Perspective how we see......

Pro Life !!!!

Free at last, Thank God we are free at last. For the first time in months I rose with the sun.
I felt life and energy and a will to live my God adventure.
No diarrhea, No headache, No sickness in my stomach.
Thank God for fellow believers who live the word and share it with me.
The father of lies defeated.
